Where We Roll The Truck
Based in Greenville, running I-30, US-69, TX-34, TX-66, and TX-224 every day. If your well is in one of these towns, we're not driving in from somewhere else to reach you.

Hunt County runs about 840 square miles, and we can't promise the same fast arrival to every corner of it. If you're near one of these towns or off one of the highways below, you're in the zone we quote fastest. Farther out, call anyway. We'll give you an honest travel time before you decide.
Greenville
County seat, our home base. TX-34 (Wesley Street) runs north-south through town toward Wolfe City and down toward Quinlan, while I-30 cuts across the north side of the city toward Dallas. Inside the city, older districts like South Hill and Washington-Lee sit on city water and sewer, so most of our Greenville calls come from the county roads just outside the city limits, where lots are still on private wells rather than a municipal line.
Caddo Mills
Southwest of Greenville along TX-66, with acreage development spread along FM 1565. Growth here means a genuine mix of well ages: brand-new wells for recently subdivided lots sitting a quarter mile from decades-old wells on the farms that haven't sold off yet. We check both kinds the same way, but the failure points look different.
Quinlan And Lake Tawakoni
South of Greenville via TX-34, Quinlan sits closest to Lake Tawakoni, a reservoir built in 1960 when the Iron Bridge Dam backed up the Sabine River's headwater forks. The Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber's territory runs Quinlan, Lone Oak, East and West Tawakoni, Hawk Cove, and Union Valley. A lot of the lake-adjacent lots around Hawk Cove and off FM 751 were never tied into a rural water co-op, so private wells are still the norm out here, not the exception.
Lone Oak
Southeast of Greenville off US-69 toward Mineola. Older farmsteads out this direction often still run wells drilled decades back, which shows up directly in our pressure and pump call volume from this area. A galvanized pressure tank with no bladder fitting is a common sight on these older properties.
Commerce
Northeast of Greenville along TX-224, home to East Texas A&M University (renamed from Texas A&M University-Commerce in late 2024). Between campus-area rentals on city or co-op water and outlying acreage on private wells, Commerce and neighboring Celeste sit on the downdip side of the local sand formations, where iron content tends to run higher. We test for it on nearly every call out this direction.
Outside The Core
Wolfe City, West Tawakoni, East Tawakoni, Campbell, Celeste, and Union Valley are all inside Hunt County and inside our normal working radius, just a bit further from the truck's home base. We answer the phone the same way and quote the same rates. Arrival time just runs a little longer.
One limit worth knowing: if you're outside Hunt County entirely, especially past Sulphur Springs, Rockwall, or deep into Van Zandt County, call first. We'll tell you straight if it's outside what we can promise a fast response for.
Service Area Questions
Do you charge extra to come out past the core towns?
Sometimes, for the far edges of the county, a small trip charge applies since it's genuine drive time and fuel, not padding. We give you that number before you book, not after we show up.
What if my well doesn't have a normal street address?
Common out on the county roads. Give us the nearest cross street, a gate color, or drop a pin from your phone when you call, and we'll find it. We ask for this upfront so the truck doesn't waste time circling once it's out there.
Can you service a well just across the county line?
Often, yes, especially near Sulphur Springs, Rockwall, or the Van Zandt County line, where our regular routes already run close. Call and give us the town, and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits our response time.
